Welcome the end of winter with a sumptuous wild mushroom tart prepared by Chef Sean Fogarty from Steenbock's on Orchard, known for it's fresh, organic, sustainably produced ingredients, and food prepared from scratch. Chef Fogarty will show us the intricacies of preparing this delicious dish and and will also demo Mushroom Bourguignon over wild rice! Demo, free samples, Q & A, and tips from another Food Fight stellar restaurant. This program is free but space is limited so registration is required. For adults and older teens.
