Eco-Action Tuesdays Better with Batteries: Electric Yard and Power Tools

Have you thought about replacing your old gas powered lawn mower, leaf blower, trimmer or chain saw with battery powered versions? This hands on presentation is for you! Join Ross DePaola, energy consultant and owner of Integrated Energy Services as he explains why gasoline powered equipment is unsustainable and a poor choice for the environment. On hand will be his growing inventory of Ego tools and batteries, which participants will be able to try out. Linda Roberts, an Eco-Action Tuesdays team member is bringing her Greenworks tools as well. Ross and Linda, with several years of experience will answer the questions you may have.

Please note that the event will be held at the Dream Park Shelter in Winnequah Park, across the street from the Monona Library. 

This program is for adults and teens. Please register online or by calling the library. There will be free refreshments and a door prize.
