Intro to Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Practices

In this program, you will have the opportunity to learn about and develop skills in self-compassion and mindfulness through guided exercises and dialog. Using self-compassion and mindfulness skills in daily life can bring more feelings of care, warmth, and joy. 


This free online program will be facilitated by Cedarose Keeley, owner of My Kindness Therapy. She is a mindfulness and self-compassion oriented mental health therapist specializing in therapy for caregivers. Keeley earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from UW-Madison, specializing in mental health, and is a Certified Advanced Practice Social Work psychotherapist. 


Over the past 12 years, Keeley has completed over 40 meditation trainings and taught meditation for nine years in various clinical and community settings.

Adults and teens are welcome to register for this program. Families are also encouraged to participate together.
