Nature Explorers: Kids Naturally Story & Activity Hour

They buzz, they flutter, they help keep our environment thriving. Learn about how pollinators include more than bees and butterflies and make your own pollinator to take home.

Presented by: Lussier Family Heritage Center

A free nature education program. Youth Services Coordinator, Karen Wendt along with Wisconsin Master Naturalist, Deborah Proctor and various guest presenters will entertain families with children's books about nature and wildlife at a special event that is part of a monthly series “Nature Explorers! Kids Naturally.”

Registration of one contact person is encouraged, so we can alert you if there are any changes to our plans. Walk-ins are welcome. Siblings are invited to attend.

Why? “If a child is to keep alive his inborn sense of wonder… he needs the companionship of at least one adult who can share it, rediscovering with him the joy, excitement and mystery of the world we live in.” – Rachel Carson, The Sense of Wonder
