New this fall: Learn with Squishy Circuits!
We will explore electrical circuits basics using conductive and insulating play dough, a battery
pack, LED lights and more!
Join us for one or all.
October 20 Intro to Squishy Circuits.
November 17 Squishy Circuits Continued.
December 15 Advanced Squishy Circuits. Children younger than 8 years old must have an adult present in the room with them. Free! Drop In Event! If you need any special accommodations please call us at 608-222-6127.This is a collaborative project between Monona Public Library and Taylor Prairie School Library.
As part of a grant, both libraries have been awarded funding to implement programs that use ‘Squishy Circuits’ to teach basic science lessons. Your family can visit the Monona Public Library for their S.T.E.A.M Saturday programs to learn more. Later this fall, you can even check out a ‘Squishy Circuit’ kit for continued play at home!
This program was funded in part with a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services which administers the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA).
