Event Details

Local author Don Sanford will present his historical resources and breezy stories from his book "On Fourth Lake: A Social History of Lake Mendota." These stories capture the people and events that made Mendota's shoreline the bustling and picturesque place we know and love. On Fourth Lake is a social history-- capturing stories from the very people who lived them. Hear author Don Sanford, experienced and engaging storyteller, tell these stories on July 18. Don has been crafting stories his entire career - first at Wisconsin Public Television and now as a captain for Betty Lou Cruises. Join us to hear his gathered stories of one of Madison's shining gems - Lake Mendota!

This event will be in the Municipal Room!
