With the holidays approaching, we've doubled up the calming power of creativity with popular Theresa Kim, artist, muse and inspirational life coach! Wrap up these hectic days with intention by creating cards to name the way you'd like to approach the season (or the coming New Year). Then release all expectations and forward-looking thinking by finger painting. Be fully present in the moment and have FUN! Prefer to do just one or the other? Absolutely. We will provide guidance and materials, you use the gift of that time in whatever way serves you best.
For adults and older teens. Fabulously free but space is
limited, registration required and please don't sign up unless you are able to
attend.
