Eco-Action Tuesdays: Eco-Challenge for Kids and Families!!
On Tuesday, June 27 at 6:15 PM join us for an evening of fun at the Monona Public Library - Forum Room! 

Watch Miss Karen tell a story and then visit 6 Eco-Stations to learn about Energy, Recycling, Green Shopping, Composting, TerraCycling and Water!

Check out fantastic books on sustainability. For every book you check out you will receive a ticket and be entered in a special prize drawing.

Take home a free reusable bag with a surprise inside, an Eco-Challenge booklet to complete during the month of July. When you bring it back to the library you will receive a prize for turning it in (we'll get it back to you soon after the challenge ends).

The 10 people/families that complete the most Challenges will win one of several GREAT prizes like a solar phone charger, a rechargeable bike light, an MGE energy conservation kit which includes LED lightbulbs, cool bike spoke lights, and MORE! 

There is a limit of one prize per person.This program is open to all ages. Individuals as well as families may participate. Learn about sustainability and have fun at the same time!

Eco-Action Tuesdays is an exciting program based on the “Ripple Effect”. Beginning in our own backyard, we will explore sustainability issues through hands-on, entertaining presentations. Discover how eco-actions you take at home and share with others can “ripple” throughout the community. Programs are the fourth Tuesday, 6:30 pm.
